Learning Disabilities Dagenham RM10 9

These two Learning Disabilities services in Dagenham are in close proximity to each other. Both of these are Supported Living services for people with Learning Disabilities.

The first service houses 7 people and is a purpose built former care home consisting of two semi-detached bungalows, connected by a linking door, each with a separate garden.  Each bungalow has one lounge, one kitchen diner, one office, one staff room and one assisted bathroom with separate toilets for each individual.  All rooms are en suite.  Three bedrooms have tracking for hoists.

The second service houses 7 people and was also purpose built as a care home.  It is a detached building over two floors.  There are seven bedrooms, one has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; all other rooms have vanity units.  There is a good sized kitchen and two further communal rooms.   Communal bathrooms comprise two bathrooms, one with bath, shower and sink and another with shower and bath only and there is also a shower room with a sink.  There are five toilets within the building.
