Expecting Good News
There is a buzz of excitement in the organisation at the moment as we are expecting news about our latest report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for Foxburrow Grange, our residential, nursing and dementia care home in Colchester.
All indications are extremely positive, the draft report is in so we are looking forward to seeing the final report on the CQC website any day now.
Whilst we wait for the report we celebrate two other ratings that we have received over the last couple of months.
We have received ‘good’ ratings for two of our residential care services in Romford, Essex, starting this year off in the same fantastic way as it ended last year following our Domiciliary Care inspection.
Beauly Way and Neave Crescent are both care homes for people with learning disabilities and autism. They are forward-thinking and extremely effective services that have been praised by CQC Inspectors for their safe and caring practices.
Both services were rated ‘good’ at previous inspections. It is very satisfying to receive such glowing reports and I am delighted for both services knowing that our staff’s hard work and commitment continues to be recognised.
All the very best
