Gender Pay Gap Report 2020

The ‘gender pay gap’ is the difference in average earnings between women and men. Employers with more than 250 staff must report their organisation’s gender pay gap

We’ve published our 2020 report outlining the pay gap between our male and female employees.

We believe that closing any Gender Pay Gap is the right thing to do.

We are proud to have a diverse workforce and are committed to the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all employees.

Whilst we are pleased that Outlook Care has a gender pay gap lower than national figures, we recognise there is more to do. Whilst there is no easy fix to this issue the report highlights our plans to eliminate our gender pay gap by encouraging more females into senior positions.
