We provide tailored care and support to empower those living with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, behaviours of concern and complex health needs to live as independently as possible, becoming integral within the community through individual support pathways.

Positive Behaviour Support is something that we practice and work with every day. PBS improves the quality of a customer’s life and quality of life around them. To our staff teams, the delivery and consistent use PBS means that our customers get the right support at the right time .

Outlook Care provides residential, nursing and dementia care. This extends to people needing nursing care ranging from those with dementia, including early onset Alzheimer's, to a wide range of general and complex health conditions, plus palliative care.
