Renaud Huck
Chair
Renaud joined the Board as Treasurer in March 2018 and was appointed Chair in November 2021. He is also the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
With almost 30 years’ business development, trading and sales/marketing experience in financial markets, Renaud held senior positions in business development for two of the world’s largest exchange groups.
Renaud spent 14 years as an investment banker and trader in the fixed income and equity derivatives area working for major international investment banks in the US, Europe and Asia.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Renaud also has a Masters in Economic Sciences and Foreign Languages from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Piotr Rejek
Board Member & Chief Executive
Piotr has worked in Health and Social Care since 1993, joining Outlook Care in 2006 and becoming the company’s Chief Executive in January 2015.
Piotr has worked for various Housing Associations, charitable providers and NHS Trusts in management positions since 1999 managing and developing supported living, community support, registered care and nursing services for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and older people living with dementia.
Piotr’s career began as a support worker in an NHS Trust before becoming a Registered Care Home Manager, Regional Manager and then a Director of Business Development.
Specific interests include dementia care, innovation in service delivery, procurement and development, marketing, sales, supported living improvements and assistive technology.
Piotr has a Master degree in Public Policy and Management, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Town and Country Planning, is qualified as a Registered Manager and Positive Behaviour Support trainer.
Piotr is a Trustee of the Relief Society for Poles Trust and supports the work of the Polish Catholic Mission Housing Association Limited helping older and vulnerable Polish people living with dementia in the UK. Piotr speaks fluent Polish.
Stefan Beavis
Board Member
Stefan Beavis joined the board in November 2017. Stefan has extensive Technology experience and is the UK&I IT Director for McDonalds. He holds an MBA and has worked across Financial Services, Publishing and in the Public Sector.
Stefan joined the board of Outlook Care in order to offer a different perspective and because he wanted to contribute to the wonderful work that the organisation does.
Mick Morgan
Board Member
Mick joined the Board in November 2017 and has over 40 years experience of working in social care as a practitioner and manager in the health, local authority and not for profit sectors.
Laila Abraham
Board Member
Laila, who joined the Outlook Care Board in August 2021, is a visionary and pro-active leader, with exceptional strategic and operational business change credentials combined with solid commercial and financial acumen. She is the chair of the Audit & Risk Committee as well as Safeguarding Committee of the Board
She is a professionally qualified Risk Management Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a strong background of adding value and operating effectively at board level and holds a Diploma in Marketing.
Laila has built her successful career as a Board Member across private, public and not-for-profit organisations based on her passion for driving positive change and adding value. She was a Trustee for the Nortel Pension Fund (£1.5 Billion) and a Non-Executive Director for Essex Ambulance NHS Trust, the Chair for Safer Places (A charity that supports victims of domestic abuse) and a Non-Executive Director for NHS Organisations.She is currently Chair of the Appointments Advisory Committee for an NHS Organisation and the Treasurer for Anne Robson Trust (A charity that offer support to people who are dying, and their family, friends & colleagues through Butterfly volunteers)
Peter Mills
Board Member
Peter brings a wealth of experience and invaluable insights to his role. He has extensive expertise as an Operations Director in both national and international settings. He has a rich background in Business Consultancy, Business-Aligned IT Strategies, Infrastructure Scheme Preparation, Site Management, Contractor and Client Relationship Management, Capital and Overhead Budgeting, Project Management Tools, IT Team Leadership, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Change Management, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery. His multifaceted skill set and leadership make him an invaluable asset to our team.
